Senior Commercialization Manager (Immunology Respiratory)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work model

Salary: $58,200–$97,000 annually

What you will do

• Implement local immunology commercialization strategies across respiratory indications with alliance partners.
• Partner with Sales to provide training and direction supporting strategic priorities.
• Implement local tactical plans and develop sales support materials for field execution.
• Track KPIs, identify opportunities for course correction, and optimize commercial tactics.
• Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams on local market insights and brand planning.
• Support commercial training for the local Salesforce team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or alliance management.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English required.
• Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical marketing and strong knowledge of specialty care commercialization in Spain.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in immunology or respiratory therapeutic areas and product launches is preferred.
