Fill/Finish Associate (Internal Fill/Finish MFG)

Location: Rensselaer, New York, United States; onsite cleanroom manufacturing

Salary: $16.20–$38.56 per hour

What you will do

• Operate automated aseptic filling equipment for vials, syringes, and cartridges in isolators and cleanroom environments.
• Assemble filled products into syringes and autoinjectors and operate packaging lines for labeling and distribution.
• Monitor production using pneumatics, robotics, manual checks, process controls, feedback systems, and PLCs.
• Perform equipment changeovers, cleaning, parts installation, environmental monitoring, and sampling.
• Create, follow, and improve SOPs while maintaining cGMP, aseptic, and regulatory compliance.
• Record and review GMP data, reconcile materials, complete training documentation, and use MES/eBR, LIMS, training systems, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or an associate, bachelor's, or equivalent degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Ability to work multiple shifts consisting of four 10-hour working days supporting 24/7 production.
• Ability to work onsite in a cleanroom environment for shifts of up to 10 hours.
• Ability to wear full cleanroom attire and remove jewelry, makeup, and nail adornments.
• Ability to bend, climb, crawl, kneel, reach overhead, walk, stand, and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to support occasional on-call, weekend, domestic, and international travel requirements.
