GMP Associate III (Weekend Overnight)

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite weekend overnight schedule: Thursday night through Monday morning, four 10-hour shifts.

Pay: $21.15–$35.95 per hour, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and other applicable incentives.

What you will do

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain all equipment across the assigned manufacturing area.
• Support safe equipment operation, PPE adherence, risk mitigation, and cleanroom discipline.
• Review production and equipment records and perform or verify in-process quality inspections.
• Lead material loading, replenishment, packaging, assembly, and throughput activities while minimizing downtime.
• Support and oversee Total Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Mentor GMP Associate I and II team members and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering on improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or additional training is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment; medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience is preferred.
• Qualification and training on all equipment within the manufacturing area.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO 13485 compliance standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, lift or move up to 25 pounds, and wear cleanroom attire for prolonged periods.
