Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator

Location: Groton, CT, USA; onsite. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Compensation: USD 20–24.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Generate, execute, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, and quality tracking records.
• Convert raw materials into intermediate products and process intermediates into final patient-ready product presentations.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and support the upkeep of complex manufacturing equipment.
• Support operations and operator-care activities in a classified manufacturing environment.
• Generate, manage, and report operational performance data.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or associate's degree.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment such as GMP or ISO.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, including the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues beyond routine operation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, reach, lift more than 55 pounds, and wear required PPE, including respirators and full protective suits.
