What you will do

• Perform Buffer and Media manufacturing operations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor critical processes and execute routine validation protocols.
• Draft and revise manufacturing procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and review documentation for assigned functions.
• Represent the Solutions Prep group on cross-functional teams and own minor deviations.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to routine manufacturing functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED plus 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience, or an associate degree plus 6 months of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of large-scale Buffer and Media operations and GMP processing.
• Ability to interpret and apply GMP requirements, perform basic troubleshooting, and understand basic chemistry, biology, and physical principles.
• Technical writing capability and ability to collaborate independently with support groups.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment, testing, computers, and LIMS access.
• Mechanical ability, basic statistical mathematics, and experience with Delta V are preferred.
