Associate Director, Government Affairs (Biopharma)

Location: United States; the stated salary range applies specifically to potential hires who work or reside in Washington, DC.

Salary: $200,000–$220,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 20% bonus target and participation in the long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and execute federal government affairs strategies supporting business priorities and patient access.
• Represent hirify.global with federal policymakers, trade associations, patient organizations, provider organizations, and other external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights on public policy and government affairs developments.
• Identify emerging legislative and regulatory issues affecting the business.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to support informed business decisions and effective advocacy.

Requirements

• Experience in federal government affairs, public policy, or related healthcare advocacy.
• Ability to engage with policymakers, industry associations, patient organizations, providers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze legislative and regulatory developments and translate them into strategic insights.
• Role-related location: work or residence in the United States, with the stated compensation range tied to Washington, DC.
