Client Associate (Financial Services)

Location: Walla Walla, WA, United States; on-site

Salary: $22.50–$27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide professional client service, manage requests, maintain accounts, and explain regulatory requirements.
• Review, maintain, and process account documents and information.
• Resolve complex issues related to client accounts and transactions, including suspicious activity.
• Assist with financial plans, client communications, mailings, and events.
• Facilitate client fund and securities transfers and issue checks upon request.
• Provide administrative support and identify opportunities to streamline processes while following compliance policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma; post-secondary education or comparable work experience preferred.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform semi-advanced math and manage competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Interest in advancing in financial services and completing the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63/65 examinations.
