TL;DR

Engineer I Technical Services (HVACR): Providing customer support, troubleshooting controllers and system applications, programming Copeland supervisory controllers, and commissioning HVACR systems with an accent on technical diagnostics, system configuration, and temperature monitoring. Focus on developing troubleshooting documentation, creating graphical custom screens, and supporting food service applications in a fixed night-shift environment.

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid work with on-site attendance three times per week. The first two months require on-site training from Monday to Friday. The role follows a fixed night shift, includes one weekend workday per week, and may include holidays.

What you will do

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, triage concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and document cases.
Program and optimize hirify.global supervisory controllers, including E2, E3, and Site Supervisor.
Perform remote commissioning for start-up sites and confirm system operation before contractor sign-off.
Create troubleshooting guides, technical drawings, work instructions, graphical custom screens, and mapped graphical instruments.
Provide technical support for temperature monitoring products used in food service applications.
Maintain knowledge-base content, support device simulator development, participate in training, and assist with technical laboratory inventory and maintenance.

Requirements

Graduate of an Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering program.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably one year of BPO experience.
Availability for a fixed night shift, weekly weekend work, holiday work when assigned, and on-site attendance three times per week.
Ability to complete the first two months of on-site training in Quezon City, Manila.
