Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates in the United States or Canada

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Customize hirify.global’s regulatory AI templates for customer-specific styles, brands, modalities, and scientific requirements.
• Build repeatable prompt and template systems and coach customers on maintaining and configuring them independently.
• Lead integrations across IT, Regulatory Affairs and Operations, and Medical Writing teams.
• Map data flows and connect hirify.global with enterprise systems of record and publishing platforms.
• Document technical implementation best practices and situational guidance for internal and external users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or biotechnology industries, ideally in technical or software roles.
• Experience building repeatable prompt or template systems, evaluating output quality, and managing hallucinations and context limits in regulated documents.
• Practical experience with REST APIs, webhooks, API documentation, endpoint validation, and authentication flows.
• Experience or strong knowledge of drug development, therapeutics, life sciences, or biological and chemical domains; familiarity with CMC, CSR, HAQ, ICH, IND, NDA, and eCTD.
• Strong customer-facing, teaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Drug-related education is preferred; an advanced degree is considered ideal.
