What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, including insertion and removal training and product education.
• Provide patient-focused customer service while meeting sales goals and company objectives.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage order follow-up, customer notifications, and weekly outreach.
• Support quality and operational standards by reducing remakes, following safety procedures, and complying with company policies.
• Manage inventory, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required as mandated by the state.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training required.
• Strong customer service, communication, selling, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of customers in a busy retail environment.
