What you will do

• Deliver personalized customer service and guide customers through eyewear selection, fitting, product education, and pickup.
• Assist with patient flow and pre-exam screenings in support of optometrists.
• Perform final eyewear adjustments, inspections, finishing work, and quality checks.
• Enter and track orders, prepare completed eyewear for pickup, and resolve service or quality issues.
• Maintain organized retail and finishing areas while following store and brand standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, communication, and customer education skills.
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and support shared store goals.
