What you will do

• Lead complex bispecific antibody design, molecular engineering, and format selection.
• Develop engineering strategies to improve expression, developability, and manufacturability.
• Build and strengthen a platform and center of excellence for complex antibody solutions in Singapore.
• Develop design-for-manufacturability strategies and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate across functions and support client-facing biologics projects.
• Contribute to innovation and intellectual property activities.

Requirements

• Experience in bispecific antibody design and engineering.
• Strong expertise in molecular design, format recommendation, and engineering strategy.
• Ability to lead platform-building and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and deliver high-quality biologics solutions.
