Maintenance Technician III

Salary: $27–$48.80 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain department assets to support reliable equipment performance and quality standards.
• Provide senior-level technical support and perform advanced maintenance tasks.
• Investigate root causes and support reliability-centered maintenance analysis.
• Train lower-level technicians on advanced maintenance tasks.
• Support cross-functional teams, continuous improvement projects, and site safety initiatives.
• Follow applicable safety and GMP regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of experience, or a relevant certificate with 5+ years of experience, or an associate technical degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
• Electrical experience with motors, controls, and PLCs.
• Ability to use advanced machine, diagnostic, and predictive tools.
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Windows.

Nice to have

• CMRT certification or equivalent accreditation.
