Site Project Leader

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts, United States; onsite

Salary: $148,500–$247,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop project objectives, scope, strategy, timelines, costs, and risk plans with project sponsors.
• Lead and monitor one or multiple end-to-end site projects supporting new product launches and performance improvement.
• Manage project deliverables, expenditures, changes, risks, quality, HSE, deadlines, and industrial performance.
• Coordinate site, global, operational, support, and external stakeholders while maintaining project governance.
• Report project progress through portfolio management tools, including Shine, and ensure auditable financial tracking across OPEX and CAPEX categories.
• Improve portfolio monitoring processes by applying best practices and digital solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in project management, capital project management, technical project management, engineering, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience executing significant projects while controlling schedules and costs.
• Experience using digital tools for project execution and monitoring.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, execution skills, financial understanding, and cross-functional team-building experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry constraints and regulations, including GxP and FDA requirements.
• Ability to work onsite in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Scientific bachelor’s degree, preferably in chemical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical engineering.
• Business or finance degree.
