What you will do

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior research leadership.
• Manage executive schedules and coordinate meetings and events.
• Coordinate conferences and business travel.
• Support cross-functional operations across the Research organization.
• Manage administrative processes, communications, and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Exceptional organizational skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving research environment.
• Experience providing administrative and operational support to leadership teams.
