Sr Product Owner, Population Health

Location: United States — Remote; U.S. residents only. Work must be performed within the United States.

Salary: $100,200–$278,900 annualized base pay, with potential additional incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, strategic priorities, and backlog for CARE solutions.
• Translate customer, business, and operational requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile product activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and release planning.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data, Quality, Client Success, Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Engage healthcare organizations, providers, payers, and operational leaders to identify opportunities and guide product enhancements.
• Monitor product success metrics, market trends, regulatory changes, customer feedback, and competitive developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, computer science, public health, or a related field.
• Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product leader in healthcare technology.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and leading cross-functional software development initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside in the United States, the country where the job is located.

Nice to have

• Experience in population health, care management, healthcare analytics, value-based care, payer or provider operations, ACOs, MSOs, or managed care.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS products through platform modernization, major enhancements, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, healthcare interoperability, data exchange, and regulatory requirements.
• CSPO, PSPO, or comparable product management certification.
• MBA or another advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline.
