Enterprise Systems Manager (eCommerce)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; in-office weeks are part of the role

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Act as a strategic liaison between Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Engineering, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Administer and configure ERP, procurement, expense management, and related business systems.
• Manage system integrations and troubleshoot issues end to end across core business applications.
• Design API-based and scripted automations for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
• Own testing, validation, QA, and documentation so stakeholders can focus on validating business outcomes.
• Architect solutions for order management, inventory visibility, and multi-channel fulfillment across warehouses, 3PLs, and sales channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience bridging Finance, Accounting, or Operations with technology in a systems analyst, ERP administration, or business systems role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering ERP or adjacent systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, or Concur.
• Experience building or managing API-based, middleware, or custom-scripted integrations.
• Experience owning QA, validation, and documentation for technical projects.
• Ability to work fluently across business and technical domains and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
• Ability to work from or regularly attend the Santa Monica, California office, including in-office weeks.

Nice to have

• Experience in eCommerce or an adjacent industry with multi-channel sales and distributed fulfillment.
• NetSuite, Coupa, or Concur administration experience.
• SQL or database querying experience for reporting and troubleshooting.
• Java or similar scripting and programming experience.
• Experience with Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or custom REST/SOAP integrations.
