Product Manager, Business Systems (NetSuite)

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of business systems supporting order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.
• Lead product direction for NetSuite ERP across B2B, DTC, purchasing, inventory, wholesale, retail, and franchise operations.
• Improve order management, inventory allocation, fulfillment, shipping, returns, pricing, invoicing, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Order Fulfillment, Wholesale, Retail, and Franchise teams to translate business needs into scalable product requirements.
• Own system KPIs and drive improvements in order cycle time, inventory accuracy, purchasing efficiency, vendor performance, invoice accuracy, and manual intervention rates.
• Manage integrations, data integrity, UAT, release planning, change management, business readiness, technical designs, and SOPs across ERP, EDI, WMS/3PL, and downstream systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting enterprise business systems, ERP, supply chain, or operational technology.
• Strong functional knowledge of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience across order management, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, and related business processes.
• Experience owning products and workflows across integrated enterprise systems, including ERP, EDI, WMS/3PL, and downstream platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable product and system designs and assess upstream and downstream impacts.
• Functional experience with iPaaS integration flows, mappings, transformations, and data movement; Celigo is preferred.

Nice to have

• Background in apparel, retail, or consumer goods.
• Experience with WMS, EDI, supply chain integrations, and multi-channel global operations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification or higher.
