What you will do
- Lead plant operations in line with ’s core competencies and accountability expectations.
- Develop the plant’s annual operating budget.
- Prepare and request capital authorization applications for capital expenditures.
- Promote and support a maintenance excellence process.
- Build and maintain employee relationships while supporting employee satisfaction.
- Maintain safety as the highest operational priority.
Requirements
- Four-year degree, preferably in science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 10 years of practical and relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with problem solving, rapid execution, and team leadership.
- Ability to demonstrate business knowledge, communication, customer focus, collaboration, people development, innovation, and accountability.
