Location: Onsite five days per week in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico; Monterrey facility referenced.

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and improve CNC machining processes and programs for roughing, milling, and finishing.
- Define specifications, approval protocols, runoff requirements, and installation requirements for CNC capital equipment.
- Design or select machining tools and fixtures, define inspection processes using GD&T, and support CMM measurement programs.
- Apply Six Sigma, DOE, A3, 9-Step Problem Solving, and 5-Why methods to identify root causes and improve process capability.
- Measure and improve manufacturing indicators including scrap, FPY, DPU, downtime, and equipment efficiency.
- Develop control plans, PFMEAs, JSAs, ergonomic studies, and support EHS, Opex, VSA, RIE, and Gemba initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering; a master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in precision machining and CNC programming.
- Advanced CNC programming, tool selection, and tool or fixture design skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, material flow, DMAIC, GD&T, Minitab, TPM, and AutoCAD.
- Project management experience and proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
