Expected annual base salary: $110,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Prepare valuation model reviews, leadership presentations, and recurring or ad hoc analytical deliverables.
• Update quarterly valuation templates, including discounted cash flow, performance multiple, and other models.
• Apply valuation methodologies in line with internal policy and external guidance.
• Lead onboarding for new portfolio investments and establish appropriate data collection procedures.
• Respond to auditor inquiries and coordinate reviews with third-party valuation firms.
• Improve valuation and reporting processes, technology usage, offshore resources, and presentation materials while supporting internal committees, limited partners, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in valuations, transaction services, private equity, consulting, or a relevant analytical role.
• Thorough understanding of ASC 820 and valuation approaches including income, market, yield analysis, OPM, contingent claims, and PWERM.
• Experience delivering recurring work as well as projects and initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
