Market Research Strategist (Medicaid)

Location: Remote-MO, United States; up to 10% travel required

What you will do

• Evaluate emerging market research trends, methodologies, and technologies, and recommend improvements to research investments.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research on member and consumer needs, preferences, attitudes, and behaviors.
• Synthesize primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative data into clear, business-focused recommendations.
• Advise Marketing, business stakeholders, and external research agencies on research strategy, methodology, and interpretation.
• Develop story-driven presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and recommended actions to senior leadership.
• Lead pilot initiatives and independently execute research projects aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, or a related field in business, communications, or social sciences.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in market research, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in statistical tools and methods, including SPSS, R, Python, and correlation analysis.
• Experience with online data collection tools such as Qualtrics.
• Ability to coach, advise, and collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
• Remote work from Missouri is specified, with up to 10% travel required.
