Assistant Manager - Value Transformation Program Management

Location: Hybrid role based in Alpharetta, Georgia, with reporting to the office three days per week and two work-from-home days. Internal candidates may also be based in Durham, North Carolina; Oakland, California; or Pleasanton, California.

Salary: $75,800–$141,700 (Zone C), $83,400–$155,900 (Zone B), or $90,900–$170,100 (Zone A) annually, plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Support enterprise tracking and delivery of Cost Savings and Net Revenue Management initiatives.
• Produce consistent performance reports for executives and operational stakeholders, serving as the single source of truth for reporting.
• Administer value-tracking software, Power BI reports, SharePoint, and other program management tools.
• Champion stage-gate processes, complete business cases, and milestone tracking for new initiatives.
• Monitor the multi-year value delivery pipeline, identify gaps, and highlight priority areas.
• Support discrete Net Revenue Management and Cost Savings projects as needed.

Requirements

• External candidates must have PMP or CAPM certification and a consumer packaged goods background for review and consideration.
• At least five years of experience in project management, finance, and/or data analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, database environments, and Power BI.
• Strong organizational, analytical, written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Understanding of program management methods, process governance, and best practices.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in consumer packaged goods or consumer industries.
• Ability to influence across functions, teams, and organizational levels while maintaining an enterprise perspective.
