Video & Content Producer (AI)

Location: New York City, NY; hybrid schedule with 3 in-office days per week. NYC-based candidates or candidates open to relocation are preferred.

Salary: $90K–$120K estimated base salary, plus equity.

hirify.global is an applied AI company building software that helps construction companies manage permitting, licensing, inspections, and project closeouts.

What you will do

• Own video and photo production end to end, including shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Film and edit customer events, internal events, speaking engagements, and recruiting events.
• Turn raw footage into social content such as recaps, highlights, and clips.
• Support event scheduling, coordination, and on-site production logistics.
• Brainstorm and execute new content series, including employee interviews, new-hire features, and team spotlights.
• Coordinate company and co-founders' social media content calendars and tailor content to its intended audience.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience shooting and editing video and photo content.
• A portfolio demonstrating interviews, event coverage, and social-ready clips.
• Ability to run shoots independently, including camera, audio, and lighting.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or a similar editing tool.
• Ability to take raw footage through to a finished edit independently.
• Strong storytelling, organization, self-direction, and ability to work quickly without sacrificing craft.
