Lead Product Manager (Data Governance)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States, or Glendale, California, United States

Salary: $145,000–$194,400 per year in Orlando, or $152,200–$204,100 per year in Glendale, plus potential bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a defined data governance product area.
• Set product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, success metrics, and budget considerations.
• Coordinate engineering, data science, marketing, and business stakeholders around complex features and integrations.
• Guide cross-platform applications, system-to-system experiences, architectural decisions, and implementation plans.
• Use research, experimentation, KPI analysis, personas, customer journeys, and value frameworks to prioritize product decisions.
• Drive governance strategy, compliance, data trust, reliability, usability, and innovation across product development.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience leading a product area end to end, including strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with Scrum and other Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of data catalogs, metadata management, access management tools such as SailPoint, and data anomaly management tools such as Datadog.
• Experience delivering complex features, integrations, or cross-system solutions and evaluating trade-offs between user value, technical constraints, and business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of public cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Understanding of data pipeline challenges and solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile technical practices, CI/CD, TDD, and testing concepts.
• Experience with JIRA, Airtable, or similar tools.
• Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
