What you will do
- Support the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle delivery of enterprise platform products.
- Gather business and user needs and translate them into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, IT operations, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable digital solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and software providers across the enterprise platforms portfolio.
- Use user research, usability testing, product metrics, and KPIs to support continuous product improvement.
- Help maintain application stability, performance, security, data accuracy, and compliance with GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, and internal quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a related discipline with six years of related experience, or a relevant masterβs degree with five years of related experience; equivalent combinations may be considered.
- At least four years supporting enterprise-wide platforms and six or more years of progressive IT experience focused on digital workplace or product management.
- Experience leading product development teams in an Agile or product-centric operating model.
- Experience delivering complex digital products and working with enterprise SaaS platforms or cloud solutions such as Veeva, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Revvity Signals, Schrodinger LiveDesign, or Benchling.
- Strong understanding of product management, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, product lifecycle management, IT architectures, and development processes.
- Must be able to work in the Alameda, California office environment.
