Team Leader of Enterprise Collaboration & Voice Solutions (Microsoft/Cisco)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Enterprise Collaboration & Voice Solutions engineering team.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective operation of global collaboration and communication services.
• Own service delivery and continuous improvement for Microsoft Exchange, secure email and journaling, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, trader telephony, voice recording, Webex, Confluence, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, manage capacity, and support service-level objectives.
• Manage budgets, costs, vendors, contracts, software licenses, and financial forecasting.
• Drive technology lifecycle management, risk mitigation, compliance, incident escalation, and strategic service roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Several years of IT infrastructure operations and service delivery experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, secure email and journaling, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, trading telephony, voice recording, Webex, Confluence, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience managing business-critical collaboration, communication, and database services in complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL, operational best practices, security, risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Fluent German and English are required. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, decision-making, and organizational change skills are also required.
