IT Lead, Switzerland & Austria (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and operational stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Act as the primary interface between business teams and IT, clarifying priorities, opportunities, and challenges.
• Analyze emerging technology demand and translate ambiguous requirements into actionable opportunities.
• Identify and champion Generative AI and CRM use cases that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Advise stakeholders on modern technology capabilities, facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with European affiliates, global IT experts, and external partners on demand prioritization, change management, governance, and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, technology consulting, or a related role.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leaders across international and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business analysis, demand management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of commercial business processes, supporting technologies, and CRM platforms.
• Interest in and familiarity with Generative AI technologies and use-case development.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare industry.
• Exposure to AI-enabled CRM capabilities or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting affiliate organizations in a regional or global operating model.
• Knowledge of change management and technology adoption practices.
