Application & Integration Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the technical integration of hirify.global applications into client cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
• Support clients with infrastructure implementation, application setup, configuration, deployments, and upgrades.
• Participate in technical discussions about infrastructure changes, releases, and upgrades.
• Interpret error logs, identify corrective actions, and coordinate support with product development teams.
• Coordinate version upgrades, track risks and issues, and provide regular project status updates.
• Collaborate with client project teams and hirify.global product development teams to deliver successful upgrades.

Requirements

• Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases and the Linux environment, including scripting and environment variables.
• Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts and network communications, including HTTP, SSL, curl, and wget.
• Experience with information system troubleshooting and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a self-sufficient and highly motivated approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with banking software such as Temenos or Avaloq and knowledge of financial products or wealth management.
• DevOps experience, especially with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience driving or supporting Agile or Waterfall IT projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC or ITIL processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
