Strategic Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, four days per week in the San Francisco or Mountain View office, United States

Salary: $220,000–$310,000 annual OTE

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles involving C-level executives.
• Design and demonstrate customer-specific Work AI environments based on industry and line of business.
• Lead technical discovery calls and manage technical proof-of-concept cycles.
• Architect integrations and data connections, including API-based integrations.
• Lead security discussions and address technical and security objections.
• Collaborate with product and engineering, represent customer needs, and develop ROI and business justification materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience partnering with Account Executives on technical enterprise deal cycles.
• Consultative approach with a record of solving customer business challenges and overcoming technical and security objections.
• Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and ability to configure, monitor, and maintain API-based integrations.
