What you will do

  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
  • Analyze process performance data and recommend improvements to product quality and process stability.
  • Evaluate measurement systems and improve measurement accuracy and reliability.
  • Lead quality reviews and resolve complex manufacturing issues with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain risk assessments and quality documentation following process changes and lessons learned.
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and timely closure of identified gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, optical, chemical, industrial, or related engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or relevant internship experience with a master’s degree.
  • Experience in manufacturing, quality engineering, process engineering, or a related technical environment.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, quality management systems, and structured problem-solving methods.
  • Knowledge of process control, failure analysis, risk assessment, and data analysis tools.
  • Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States export administration regulations before starting work.

Nice to have

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain it.
