Senior Partner Solutions Engineer, SHI (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own technical relationships and engagement plans for strategic partners.
• Deliver technical enablement, workshops, demonstrations, and field guidance across hirify.global capabilities and customer use cases.
• Lead structured discovery using MEDDPICC and align solutions with SOC workflows, business outcomes, ROI, and risk reduction.
• Architect scalable solutions across network, email, cloud, identity, endpoint, attack surface management, and incident readiness capabilities.
• Design integrations for hybrid and multicloud environments involving SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, NGFW, APIs, SPAN, and TAP technologies.
• Advance joint opportunities, resolve technical blockers, and coordinate handoffs from presales through deployment, adoption, and expansion.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions engineering, presales, partner engineering, technical account management, or a related customer-facing cybersecurity or SaaS role.
• Experience enabling technical audiences, influencing stakeholders, and supporting new business and expansion motions.
• Strong knowledge of networking, AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern security architectures.
• Experience with SOC technologies and workflows, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, and complex hybrid environments.
• Ability to design solutions, deliver demonstrations, guide evaluations, and communicate technical and business value.
• Understanding of AI technologies, including LLM, ML, and NLP; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
