Scale Solution Engineer (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Provide technical assistance to new customers during onboarding.
• Advise customers on technical decisions involving the Databricks Platform.
• Help customers deploy Databricks in production environments.
• Develop technical solutions for multiple customers concurrently.
• Support customers in data analytics and cloud-related workflows.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in data or cloud.
• Knowledge of at least one public cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Python, Scala, or SQL and end-to-end data analytics workflows.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering or data warehousing technologies, such as ETL, dbt, Spark, Airflow, stored procedures, Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese and English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data science and machine learning, including building and deploying ML models.
• Databricks Certification.
