Accounting Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Execute core month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Reconcile high-volume bank accounts and digital asset wallets using AI-assisted tooling.
• Perform crypto subledger reconciliations between NetSuite and digital asset systems.
• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and detailed variance reports for subsidiaries.
• Partner with Treasury on liquidity monitoring and crypto-to-fiat conversions.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows to automate manual accounting tasks and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience under US GAAP.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and high-volume production reconciliations.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to improve accounting workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting external audits.
• Experience with crypto subledger tools.
• Skills in building lightweight automations (Python, n8n, prompt chains).
