What you will do

• Own and manage general ledger accounting in NetSuite across multiple international entities.
• Lead and execute the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial consolidations.
• Oversee intercompany accounting activities, including billing, settlements, eliminations, and funding across entities.
• Manage multi-currency accounting and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Support financial reporting and global tax compliance, partnering with external advisors.
• Drive process improvements by documenting, automating, and enhancing NetSuite workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of accounting or audit experience, ideally within SaaS or usage-based revenue environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including hands-on experience with ASC 740.
• Experience with US federal/state taxes and exposure to international tax frameworks (VAT/GST and foreign corporate taxes).
• Proficient in accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
