Accountant (Crypto)

hirify.global is a technology company in the crypto industry building an ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions, and enterprise tools.

What you will do

• Maintain and restore accounting records for international companies across multiple jurisdictions using 1C, QuickBooks, and comparable systems.
• Review financial transactions, monitor accounts receivable and payable, and perform reconciliations with counterparties and tax authorities.
• Collect and process invoices, acts, bank statements, contracts, and other primary documents; prepare invoices for international partners.
• Manage document flow and physical and electronic archives for contractors, clients, and outsourcing providers.
• Prepare quarterly financial, tax, and statutory reporting; analyze financial data for management reporting.
• Coordinate audits and tax authority requests, support payroll, review contracts from a finance perspective, and improve accounting processes and systems.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant accounting or financial management experience in international companies.
• Practical accounting and reporting experience across three to four jurisdictions, such as the USA, UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kazakhstan, or Russia.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks, including system setup, and experience with 1C or comparable accounting systems.
• Knowledge of accounting entries, financial reporting, payroll calculations, and statutory reporting.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, initiative, responsibility, and a results-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of US accounting and tax principles, especially experience with the US jurisdiction.
• Experience accounting for fiat and crypto transactions.
