Operations Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, Wm.com, Hmsc)

Location: Palestine, Texas, United States; onsite at 201 Old Elkhart Rd

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or stock compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement the business plan for the assigned operational area to achieve production, quality, safety, and facility goals.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet operational demand.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using independent judgment and cross-functional support.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders through direction, feedback, training, coaching, hiring, promotion, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, plus qualifying operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience.
• At least one year of experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers or supervisors, managing workload, and participating in hiring and promotions; alternatively, three years of relevant experience may qualify.
• Experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager may also satisfy the experience requirement.
• Ability to complete all required job training and assessments.
• Ability to work onsite at the Palestine, Texas facility.
