Senior Project Manager, IRT

Location: Multiple US locations; remote or office-based work

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and optimization of clinical systems and IRT technologies for efficient clinical trial execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system needs and improvement opportunities.
• Manage third-party IRT vendors and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• Write UAT test plans, execute UAT test scripts, and complete UAT documentation.
• Monitor emerging technologies and clinical research best practices to support system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Significant experience managing and optimizing clinical systems, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in data analysis and system integration using relevant software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
