On-Site Maintenance Technician

Location: Ontario, California, USA; candidate must reside on-site as a condition of employment

Salary: $23–$25 per hour, plus a free one-bedroom apartment

Property management services provider supporting property owners and residents through residential property operations and maintenance.

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over vacated apartments within five days.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locks, doors, windows, and other building components.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, alarms, and other building systems.
• Document completed work and materials procurement while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must reside on-site as a condition of employment.
• At least one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• High school diploma.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong time-management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as HVAC or CMRP.
