Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Laval, Quebec, Canada

Automotive recycling business operating 27 locations across Eastern Canada and giving used vehicles a second life through self-service parts recovery.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Build talent pipelines through market mapping, direct outreach, and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to align hiring with business objectives.
• Promote the employer brand and represent the organization at job fairs and networking events.

Requirements

• At least one year of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing talent in competitive markets and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner with and influence hiring managers.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate experience skills.
• Fluency in French and English and a valid driver's license are required.
