What you will do

• Move raw materials, work in process, finished goods, racks, pallets, and supplies between warehouse, shipping, receiving, and manufacturing areas.
• Load and unload trucks and tankers, and verify materials against shipping and receiving documents.
• Record material movements in the MFG Pro inventory management system.
• Perform cycle counts, resolve inventory discrepancies, and manage winding drum and rack inventories.
• Maintain warehouse organization, housekeeping, recycling, and 5S activities.
• Support safe operations, equipment maintenance, communication across shifts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or at least three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work safely according to standard procedures.
• Strong service, quality, teamwork, communication, flexibility, and dependability skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
• Proficiency with computer applications, especially MFG Pro transactional functions.
• Final candidates must complete a post-offer background check and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Three to five or more years of previous material handling experience.
• Mathematical, mechanical, technical, interpersonal, and logical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement, ELS Operating Principles, and team-based manufacturing environments.
