Manufacturing Coordinator (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Coordinate production activities, workflows, schedules, and cross-functional manufacturing support.
• Manage lot and inventory processes to maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor manufacturing data, prepare performance reports, identify trends, and provide operational insights.
• Support quality, compliance, and safety standards through research-grade lot integration and equipment and facility checks.
• Participate in safety initiatives and continuous organizational improvement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, with capacity for periods of standing or sedentary work.
