Psychiatrist (Virtual - Remote) - 1099 Contractor

Location: Remote within the United States; full-time U.S. residency required. An unrestricted Mississippi state license is required.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care through 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health risk assessments, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document treatment recommendations.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications and communicate with patients through messaging.
• Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services when appropriate.

Requirements

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license in Mississippi.
• Full-time resident of the United States.
• Ability to provide care across a full range of diagnoses, clinical complexity, and severity levels.
• Office space suitable for seeing clients.
• Active DEA license strongly preferred.
