Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year at the commencement of employment, adjusted based on location and experience.

What you will do
- Meet clients during admission, build rapport, present programming, and facilitate access to care.
- Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, young adults, and adults.
- Determine suitability for the virtual intensive outpatient program level of care.
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-5 criteria and document client information in electronic medical records.
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules while coordinating new admissions.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Benefits Verification, Utilization Review, Clinical teams, and external referral sources.
Requirements
- Independent licensure in a mental health field is required; associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure may also be considered.
- Experience with behavioral health assessments and admissions is preferred.
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults is preferred.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency and United States work authorization are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
