Marketing Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: San Francisco, CA headquarters or remote within the U.S.

What you will do

• Design custom slides, one-pagers, videos, presentations, pitch decks, RFPs, proposals, and results decks for the Sales team.
• Collaborate with Analytics to extract custom metrics and client-specific data for personalized presentations.
• Support Marketing and Sales throughout the sales lifecycle and provide strategic partnership to Sales and SalesHub teams.
• Create marketing materials for in-person and virtual meetings of up to 200 attendees.
• Build reusable templates and assist with collateral and other projects supporting the commercial business.

Requirements

• Strong critical-thinking, written, verbal communication, time-management, and self-directed work skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and understand customer and market needs.
• Practical experience with slide design and the ability to turn rough ideas into polished materials.
• Comfort working with data and photo-editing software.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco headquarters or remotely within the U.S.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Copywriting experience.
