Assistant Account Executive, Market Access Marketing (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $40,000–$60,000 USD annually, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Implement projects that support the success and profitability of client deliverables.
• Coordinate project timelines, communicate progress, and identify risks and roadblocks.
• Manage project scope, scope changes, budgets, direct costs, and labor costs.
• Coordinate content planning meetings with subject-matter experts.
• Maintain daily client communication, prepare contact reports, and summarize next steps.
• Facilitate medical, legal, and regulatory review and support proposals, forecasts, and financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related concentration.
• Relevant internship or at least one year of practical experience in an advertising, marketing, or medical communications agency.
• Experience in traffic, project management, or account management responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with direct client contact.

Nice to have

• Experience with online medical, regulatory, and legal review systems such as Zinc or Veeva.
• Medical communications or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience writing statements of work and project briefs.
