Mid-Level Support Analyst II (WMS/Logistics)

Location: Remote Brazil; working hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–7:48 PM BRT.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end diagnosis and resolution of application, database, integration, and performance issues in production WMS and logistics environments.
• Write and review Microsoft SQL queries, validate data integrity, analyze execution plans, and connect workflows with underlying data structures.
• Troubleshoot file-based, table-to-table, and API integrations, including endpoint validation, authentication, and retry logic.
• Diagnose Windows Server, operating system, and environment failures while coordinating with infrastructure and security teams.
• Manage customer cases from first contact through resolution, including clear updates, root cause documentation, and escalation to Tier 3 or Engineering.
• Mentor junior team members, contribute to the knowledge base, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise software in production environments.
• Strong Microsoft SQL skills, including query writing, data analysis, stored procedure review, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server and working across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Working knowledge of APIs, file transfers, system workflows, and application integrations.
• Advanced English communication skills are required, equivalent to TOEIC 800+, IELTS C1, or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, supply chain software, ITIL practices, or service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Exposure to cloud or hosted enterprise environments and APM or monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations, EDI, or API ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with Product Development, Professional Services, or Infrastructure teams.
