Senior Customer Success Manager (Audit & Assurance)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States. Travel may be required based on customer and business needs.

What you will do

• Own post-implementation success relationships for a portfolio of strategic customers.
• Drive product adoption and usage by analyzing customer insights, product data, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop customer-specific success plans connecting hirify.global capabilities with business goals, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
• Help customers adopt cloud and AI-enabled capabilities through use-case identification, workflow recommendations, and champion enablement.
• Conduct business reviews and health checks, coordinate internal resources, and address issues affecting customer adoption.
• Translate customer feedback and adoption barriers into actionable insights for Product Management and other internal teams.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant professional experience, including substantive external audit or assurance experience in a public accounting firm.
• Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent professional designation.
• Strong understanding of audit and assurance workflows and technology adoption within accounting firms.
• Ability to translate technical product capabilities into practical customer workflows and business outcomes.
• Experience advising and influencing firm partners, audit leaders, practitioners, and technology or innovation teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global products.
• Experience with audit transformation, technology adoption, innovation, training, or change management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and customer success platforms.
