QA Engineer (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Execute manual test cases and assigned test plans.
• Write automation scripts and apply API testing tools.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and manage test coverage.
• Document defects, report their status, and communicate test results.
• Maintain QA environment integrity and contribute to QA planning.
• Collaborate with development and product teams during team ceremonies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional QA engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience executing test cases and documenting defects clearly.
• Experience with test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Understanding of QA methodologies and quality metrics.
• Clear written and verbal communication and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Experience working remotely within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience testing in a HIPAA- or HITRUST-regulated healthcare environment.
• Performance and security testing experience.
• Experience building test frameworks from the ground up.
