Salary: $132,000–$182,600 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage lease acquisitions, renewals, dispositions, critical dates, business cases, and transaction pipeline dashboards.
• Analyze portfolio metrics, occupancy planning, long-range financial plans, seat-sharing ratios, utilization trends, and capital project performance.
• Coordinate small-to-medium workplace improvement and relocation projects, including budgets, schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security, HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external service providers.
• Develop standard operating procedures, improve project delivery, and support the rollout of corporate real estate AI platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of direct experience in corporate real estate, transaction management, portfolio operations, and project management.
• Experience supporting lease negotiations and transactions worldwide.
• Strong financial, analytical, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with the Google suite and executive presentation development.

Nice to have

• Corporate experience at a technology company.
• Knowledge of commercial lease structures and workplace analytics.
• PMP certification.
